The fact that your spouse says you never hear them may in fact indicate an entitlement to VA compensation for hearing loss and or tinnitus. TDIU vs. 100% Schedular Rating
VA compensation benefits are generally rated on a schedule between 10 and 100, depending on the disability and degrees of disability.
